How accurate are the thermometers?
All of our thermometers are within a ± 0.2 degree of accuracy.
Is the C3 Plus a Medical Device?
No, the C3 Plus is not a medical device and is not intended for use in a medical setting. For more information regarding the C3 Plus, please see here.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We are currently limited to shipping in the United States. If you are interested in an order outside of the United States, please contact us to discuss your options.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is fast and free from our US warehouses and fulfillment centers. We also offer an expedited overnight shipping option for those in a rush for an additional cost (subject to carrier availability).
How long does shipping take?
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24-48 hours to process, and then 2-5 days of transit time to arrive. Our average shipping time is 4 days.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

What is your warranty?
ThermaCheck is proud to offer a One Year Warranty and a 100% Quality Guarantee.
Our warranty is valid from the date of the shipment. If any malfunction exists during the warranty period, you can send it back to us by postal mail, you bear the post freight; we will repair it and return to you by postal mail, we bear the post freight.
Note: Any man-made damages, damage by water ingress, damage by falling down and other careless operation cannot be covered in this warranty policy.
