Returns And Warranty Policies

All Orders Ship From Our Facilities Based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. 


Our return policy below only applies to physical goods (ie: shippable items) from, if you ordered from another platform or vendor, please contact them for return information. 

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for a refund, for any reason, under the following conditions: 

1. Your refund request must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery of the item according to tracking information on the order. All items must be in transit, according to tracking information, back to our location within seven (7) calendar days from when the return request was accepted. Items that do not begin their transit during this time period are not eligible to be returned. 

3. Unused products will be fully refunded. Used products, as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition, can still be returned, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price. Due to the nature of our products, used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was just used once and cleaned afterward). 

If any items/parts are missing we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee up to 50%.

Returning a Product

1. Contact us at to make us aware of your return, and we will provide you with the shipping address to send your order back to. Please include any images or videos of the issues with your thermometer; it's possible there is a user error and we can help you troubleshoot your device to get it working. 

2. Pack the product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy bubble envelope to ensure the product will be returned without damage.

3. Once the product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund or replacement. 

Warranty and Quality Guarantee

Our thirty (30) day warranty and quality guarantee covers any manufacturer defects that may occur from the use of our infrared thermometer devices, and only our infrared thermometer devices, sold on and through authorized distributors. ThermoCheck reserves the right to deny warranty claims on products sold by unauthorized companies or individuals such as on eBay, counterfeits on Amazon, or other sales channels. If you experience any quality issues from a manufacturer defect, you may submit the product for a full refund or exchange, under the following conditions: 

1. Prior to sending back the product, photographs/videos of the detect must be emailed to us. It is possible we will be able to assess the issues  and provide a solution without having to send back the product. 

2. You bear the cost of shipping; if a manufacturer defect is ultimately discovered, your account will be credited for the shipping cost upon submission of a valid shipping receipt. 

3. All original items/parts must be included in order to evaluate the validity of the warranty claim. 

Please note: Return and replacement requests for devices that were damaged to due negligence. This includes overcharging the battery in the device. If a device is returned and it is discovered the device was damaged due to negligence, we are unable to accept the return, and we will ship you back your device. 


Exchanges are not permitted. Instead, you may return items through the process' outlined above and place a new order through our site at your convenience. 


The ThermoCheck C3 Plus Infrared Thermometer is not a medical device and should not be relied upon to diagnose or exclude the diagnosis of COVID-19, or any other disease. 

This device should not be solely or primarily relied upon to diagnose or exclude a diagnosis of COVID-19, or any other disease.

Elevated body temperature in the context of use should be confirmed with secondary evaluation methods (e.g., an NCIT or clinical grade contact thermometer). Public health officials, through their experience with the device in the particular environment of use, should determine the significance of any fever or elevated temperature based on the skin infrared temperature measurement. The technology should be used to measure only one subject’s temperature at a time.
